The Food Train’s mission is to improve nutrition levels in Iron and Washington Counties in Missouri and expand into the surrounding counties as our organization grows. Providing hands on educational programs, including school gardens, farm tours and gardening classes. Connecting local producers with local consumers through farm to school lunch programs and farmers markets.
