Ozark Trail Maintenance Mega Event – Steelville

Come join us for a day on the Ozark Trail as we give back by doing maintenance and construction projects on the Courtois section! We’ll be working on tread and trail clearing on the Berryman eastern leg. The reknown Chef Jeff will be doing his usual feast for volunteers on Saturday evening as we gather around the traditional bonfire. So bring the kids and melt some smores!!!Make sure to wear your sturdy work boots, long pants and be prepared for hot weather. We’ll provide the gloves, safety glasses, helmets and tools. Also be sure to bring your own lunch and at least 2 liters of water. Bass River Resort offers camping, rv/camper pads with electrical hookups, cabins and more.  You will need to make your own RV/Camper or cabin reservations with Bass.We are being very cautious of COVID-19, so if you have been exposed, been in a doctor’s office or hospital in the last 14 days prior to the event or you have symptoms consistent with COVID, please stay home.For questions or more information, email admin@ozarktrail.com.EVENT DATE AND TIME: Saturday, October 9, 2021 – 8:00am to 5:00pm
