The Naturally Meramec Consortium is in the process of conducting a Food Hub Feasibility Study to determine whether or not there is the ability to create a regional food hub that would streamline supply and demand between producers and buyers. In order to do this, the consortium is conducting two surveys – one for producers, one for retail buyers.
