Whether it’s for your own freezer or for marketing to other outlets, Swiss has the team with the knowledge to professionally process, cure, cook, smoke, package and label your products. We also produce more than 80 varieties of award winning bratwurst, as well as bacon, ham, smoked turkey and chicken, and more than 20 varieties of slice – and – eat sausages such as German Bologna, Italian Salami and Summer Sausage. We have in-store samples daily. You can pick up some fresh or frozen, locally raised cuts of beef and pork. Or stock your freezer with the purchase of a locally raised side or quarter of beef, or a whole or half hog.
